FOOD & BEVERAGE

Booth Catering Order Form:

Please note that all food & beverage orders will incur a 23% catering service fee + 9.25% Sales Tax + .25% zone fee to all orders.

Sponsor Sampling Form:

  • Sample products must be (1) manufactured or sold by the booth vendor, (2) must conform to our approved sample size and (3) be sampled within the booth area only.

  • Sample sizes of approved product may be no larger than 2 ounce/volume of food or 2 fluid ounces of beverage.

  • All samples and distribution methods must be approved by Music City Center.


GIFT BAG INCLUSION

If you are providing an item for the gift bag, plan to have them arrive by no later than Nov 12, 2019. Please see Shipping & Receiving below for more info on logistics.

HOTEL ROOMS

Blissdom room blocks are good from November 11-20, 2019. Online booking links only work for November 13-17. If you need rooms outside of these dates, you must call the hotel directly and tell them you are with the Blissdom Conference to secure the group rate.  Rooms are limited on a first come, first served basis.

REGISTRATION

Register here using the code(s) you have been sent by your sales lead or sponsor liaison. Please have each member of your team register separately.  For questions, please contact your sales lead or sponsor liaison.

NOTE: All personnel must be registered to be on site at the event.  If you are bringing staff to help with booth setup/take down, staffing of booth, photography, or any other needs, they will need to register as well using the code provided. They will need to check in with registration to receive their staff badge. This will allow them entrance into your space, but does not include participation in any official keynotes, sessions, meals, events, etc. Please note that MCC has food for purchase on site for any working staff unless other arrangements have been made.

You may use the Music City Center in-house UPS store. Please contact them directly regarding pick-up and delivery times.
