Who Should Attend BlissDom?
BlissDom is the ideal place for anyone who has the desire to do something more. If you dream, whether it’s small or big, this is the place for you to find your inspiration and practical know-how to reach your goals.

Here you will find:

- bloggers whether “on the side” or full time
- photographers
- writers

and many more perspectives and voices. The only requirement for attendance is a hunger for inspiration and a desire to connect, share, learn and make the most out of your business, enterprise and life!


Do I need to be a blogger or a woman/mom to attend?
BlissDom is inclusive and welcoming to all. Many of those attending are indeed Moms or bloggers or both, but just as many are one or neither – and all experiences and viewpoints are valued and encouraged.


What does my 2012 BlissDom ticket include?
Your ticket to BlissDom’12 includes all-access admission to all conference sessions and events beginning Thursday, February 23 – Saturday, February 25 including: Thursday Evening Kick-off event, Breakfast & Lunch Friday & Saturday, admission to all expert panels & sessions, admission to Friday & Saturday night cocktail parties, admission to Expo & Suite Areas


What if I want to attend only evening events?
At this time, we are not selling tickets to evening events but we may consider it – so stay tuned.


I purchased my ticket but now I am unable to attend – can I get a refund? Transfer to BlissDom’13?
Sorry! There are no refunds. No exceptions. Tickets purchased for BlissDom’12 are not transferable to BlissDom’13. If you wish to transfer a ticket you purchased for BlissDom’12, please contact BlissDom’12.


Can I transfer my ticket online? What do I do?
Yes. To transfer your ticket follow the instructions below.
1. Log in to Eventbrite
2. Select My Tickets (It is on the orange menu bar to the top right of your screen.)
3. Select Manage Order (It is light grey under the BlissDom event.)
4. Change all of the ticket details for the new attendee
5. Select Update (The big green button at the bottom or top of the details.)

This will take care of it and the new attendee will receive an email with the ticket information. And as always if you have any issues, please contact amy@blissdomevents.com


When should I arrive and depart? Should I stay until Sunday?
We suggest arriving on Wednesday evening, February 22, 2012 or early on Thursday February 23, 2012 to attend the first ever Handmade Marketplace and the First Bliss Newcomers Meet-up.


Where can I find my registration number that Opryland needs to reserve my room at the discounted rate?
The number to use is found in 2 places:
1. The email confirmation lists the Order #. It is a 10 digit number – 8 digit number. The registration # is the last 8 digits of the Order #.
2. The printed ticket shows a bar code and number. The registration # is the first 8 digits of the ticket bar code number.


I would like to share a room with another attendee – how do I go about doing that?
The easiest way to find a roommate for BlissDom is to send a tweet to the BlissDom Twitter stream (using the #BlissDom hashtag) letting everyone know your needs.


Can I bring my kids? Will there be childcare onsite?
Yes, we welcome little ones. Childcare can be coordinated through the Opryland Hotel.


What is the last day to register at the group rate at the Opryland?
1/31/2012


What happens if I miss the room block deadline? Can I still get a room?
Yes, you can still get a room if the Opryland is not sold out, however we cannot guarantee that you can get the BlissDom room rate after January 31, 2012.


When does registration happen and where?
Once you are at the Opryland, registration and check-in will open at 12:00 pm on Thursday, February 23, 2012 in Tennessee Lobby A. Our kick-off event will happen that evening at 7:00 pm at the Waters Edge in the Opryland. Sessions officially start on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 8:00 am and end on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 6:00pm followed by our closing Girls Night In Party from 8:00-11:30.

Thank you for your interest, but we are no longer accepting speaker proposals at this time.


What is the Handmade Marketplace?
BlissDom’s Handmade Marketplace will offer a fun half-day of shopping and filling your eyes full of pretty—but will also support the thriving handmade industry within the blogosphere. Come visit your favorite artisans from 12:00 to 4:00 on Thursday, February 23, 2012.


I am a sponsor, how do I register for Expo passes?
You may register using the Sponsorship Registration link and password provided to you upon contract signing. Registering for Expo passes is the same as a regular registration. Just note that Expo badges will only contain the company information that is actually sponsoring.

For example, if you have 5 people who will be working the conference, you will register for 5 expo passes, regardless of the days they are attending. The badges will list only the Sponsoring Company name and their website. This accommodates last minute changes in attendees because they are intra-company transferable. Just be sure not to use any 2nd or 3rd party information for the registration i.e. PR firm or contracted Sales person. Use sponsoring company info only.


I am a sponsor and know we will have several people attending but are unsure of who exactly, what do I do?
Go ahead and register as soon as you have a signed contract and know the number of attendees per your sponsorship agreement. Any main contact point at the company may register all of the attendees using their base information. You may transfer the tickets to the appropriate attendees when they are known. However, the deadline to complete all transfers is end of business day, Friday, February 10th. Please provide amy@blissdomevents.com with a list of all transfers to ensure the correct badges are available for attendees.


Can I have a sponsor-hosted event off-site if it doesn’t conflict with the official schedule?
No sponsor events are allowed during the conference schedule unless approved by BlissDom. The official schedule will run until 10pm or later each night, and off-site events during the schedule are strongly discouraged as they are not respectful to the sponsors providing attendees this luxurious conference.
