For me, it was like coming home. In 2009, I stepped into a room full of people I had never met.
BlissDom.
And they opened their arms…. their hearts and they shared. They gave advice. They took my hand. They smiled.
BlissDom was the beginning of my journey. And now, through video, over the next few weeks, I’m going to help you share the moments that make BlissDom our Conference.
Let me explain. My name is Danielle. And I’m working on a new video series.
BlissDom Speaks.
Here’s the breakdown. Because I can’t do it alone.
What: Each week for the next Five weeks I will provide a question or prompt about BlissDom. I will need you to send me pictures and video to compile each week that will showcase the beauty and spirit of BlissDom.
Sample: A picture of you holding up a sign/word based on this week’s prompt OR a 15-20 second video answering the week’s question. “BlissDom is MY Conference because it is the one place I am surrounded by people who truly ‘get me’. or simply, “I laugh, I connect and I learn, what more could I need?” (watch the video below for further explanation)
Who: YOU. The BlissDom Community. The life of this conference. The people who have breathed life into BlissDom and will continue to do so. Those of you who have been before and those who will be going for the first time.
How: Email your pictures to Danielle [at] extraordinarymommy [dot] com or for a dropbox request to send your video.
And for the kicker: A BlissDom Style Giveaway.
Everyone who submits a picture or video will be eligible to win a one night hotel stay at the Opryland Hotel during BlissDom. A winner will be chosen at random from everyone who submits. Once you have submitted a picture or video, please leave your name in the comments section of this post.
Please send me your video by next Tuesday, January 10th. The first video will appear here on this site on Monday, January 16th… and for the following four Mondays. Check back here next Wednesday for our next video prompt.
